ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Bev Richardson and
Wendy Bodnar are a mother daughter team with over 40
years combined experience in the stress management and
health industries. After developing and facilitating
stress management workshops to over hundreds of participants,
a common malady was peoples' lack of energy. This was
the motivating factor in the joint-effort of developing
a one-day workshop called Building Energy. From there
it was an easy step to turn that workshop into a book.
Bev holds certificates in Human Resource Management and
Adult Education and Wendy has a Bachelor of Physical
Education Degree and has certified fitness trainers and
leaders. |
